	The "Good" features and carpeting throughout, ceiling fan with light in the dining room and installed washer and dryer.

Note: Pets are allowed in "Good" townhomes only. You may, however, install area rugs or wall-to-wall carpeting at your own expense, provided that no tacking strips are used.
